Terms of Service – YOC Platform

§1 General Information

The online store YOC Platform, available at www.yocplatform.com, is operated by:

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the online store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and the rights and obligations of both parties.

§2 Account and Use of the Store

  • To access full store functionality (e.g. order history), users may create an account.

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Sharing an account with third parties is prohibited.


§3 Products and Prices

  • All prices displayed in the store are gross prices including VAT, expressed in Polish zloty (PLN), unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices do not include delivery costs, which are provided at checkout.

  • Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes only. The store guarantees delivery of products consistent with their description and intended use.


§4 Placing Orders

  • Orders can be placed via www.yocplatform.com.

  • A sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.

  • The store reserves the right to refuse an order if:

    • customer details are incorrect,

    • payment is not received,

    • the product is unavailable (the customer will be informed immediately).


§5 Payment and Delivery

  • Accepted payment methods: electronic transfer, credit/debit cards, PayU/Przelewy24 systems, and others specified on the website.

  • Deliveries are carried out by courier companies within Poland and selected EU countries.

  • Standard delivery time is usually 1–5 business days.


§6 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

  • Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, a statement must be sent by email or letter.

  • Refunds will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice and returned goods.

  • The refund includes the full product value, including the cost of the cheapest offered delivery. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

  • Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply as per Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, e.g. for customized goods, perishable products, or unsealed digital media.


§7 Complaints and Warranty

  • Products sold in the store are covered by statutory warranty in accordance with the Polish Civil Code and EU consumer law.

  • Complaints may be submitted via email: sale@yocplatform.com.

  • The store will process complaints within 14 calendar days.

  • If the complaint is accepted, the Customer may receive a repair, product replacement, price reduction, or refund.


§8 Personal Data Protection

  • The data controller is YOC Sp. z o.o.

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the store’s Privacy Policy available on the website.

  • Customers have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data.


§9 Final Provisions

  • The store reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. Changes are effective upon publication on the website.

  • For matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights, alongside applicable EU legislation.

  • Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms, including assistance from the Consumer Ombudsman or the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), as well as the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
