Terms and Conditions of the YOC Platform Online Store

§1 General provisions

  1. These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at [ www.yocplatform.com ] (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").

  2. The owner of the store is YOC Sp. z o. o., with its registered office at Zeylanda 1/5, 60-808 Poznań, NIP: 7812093969

  3. Contact with the Store is possible via:

§2 Definitions

  1. Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit placing an order in the Store.

  2. Consumer – a customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to business activity.

  3. Goods – a product offered for sale in the Store.

  4. Contract – a sales contract concluded between the Store and the Customer via the Online Store.

§3 Terms of use of the Store

  1. The store conducts retail and wholesale sales via the Internet.

  2. Purchases may only be made by adults with full legal capacity.

  3. The condition for placing an order is the acceptance of these regulations and the provision of the data necessary to complete the order.

§4 Orders

  1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  2. To place an order, the Customer selects the Goods, adds them to the basket, and then completes the order form.

  3. After placing the order, the Customer will receive confirmation via e-mail.

  4. Order processing begins after confirmation of purchase and payment (if prepayment was selected).

  5. Order processing time up to 3 business days.

§5 Prices and payments

  1. All prices listed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in [PLN/EUR/USD].

  2. The customer can choose from the following payment methods:

    • bank transfer,

    • electronic payment (e.g. PayU, Przelewy24, Stripe, PayPal),

    • payment on delivery (if available).

§6 Delivery

  1. Delivery is carried out within Poland and selected European Union countries.

  2. Delivery costs and times are indicated when placing your order.

  3. The store is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies.

§7 Withdrawal from the contract

  1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  2. The deadline is counted from the date of receipt of the Goods by the Customer.

  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Store of the decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e-mail, return form).

  4. The goods must be returned in unchanged condition, without traces of use.

§8 Complaints

  1. The store is obliged to deliver goods free from defects.

  2. If a defect is detected, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.

  3. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the following address: reklamacje@yocplatform.com

  4. The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

§9 Personal data protection

  1. The personal data administrator is YOC Sp. z o. o.

  2. Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR.

  3. The customer has the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion or limit its processing.

§10 Final provisions

  1. The Regulations are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website.

  2. The store reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons.

  3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish and EU law shall apply.
