Returns & Withdrawal Policy


1) 14-Day Returns Policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and remedy it.


3) Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or made-to-order/personalised items

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns of sale/clearance items or gift cards.
If in doubt about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.


4) Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the original (once authorized) and place a new order.


5) EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) acquire physical possession of the goods.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us by an unequivocal statement before the period expires (e.g., email to sale@yocplatform.com).

Effects of Withdrawal

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us (if applicable).

  • We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

  • Refunds are made using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.

Returning the Goods & Costs

  • Send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.

  • Unless we provide a prepaid label or agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  • You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (as in a shop).


6) Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and confirm approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require extra time to post the refund.

7) Statutory Consumer Rights (EU)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under EU and national consumer law (e.g., the legal guarantee of conformity). Where applicable, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund for goods that do not conform to the contract.
