Orders placed on business days (Mon–Fri) are processed within 24–48 hours after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
If you notice visible damage to the parcel upon delivery, please complete a damage report with the courier and notify our Customer Service immediately.
Claims for damaged shipments will be assessed based on the damage report and photo documentation.
We ship to most European countries and selected non-EU destinations.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
